An Adult Mental Health Program, Midtown Mental Health Team

Our Program serves clients over the age of 19 who are diagnosed with a major mental illness and are experiencing significant problems that interfere with their functioning in the community.

Clients primarily fall into one of two categories: Schizophrenia and other Psychotic disorders or Mood disorders, i.e. Bipolar and major Depressive disorders.

Our multi-disciplinary services are provided through eight mental health teams and a variety of specialized programs. Services are also provided to people who have co-occurring disorders such as personality disorders, substance abuse/misuse, mental challenges, etc.

This program operates out of Raven Song Community Health Centre on Ontario Street between 7th and 8th Avenues.
